Get to know me

I am a trained sport scientist, certified mental & mindset Coach, nutritionist and yoga instructor. 
All of these trainings, different approaches and experiences led me to found “Nexxtlevelmove” with the aim of helping people become a healthier, happier, and more resilient version of themselves.
I can already look back on 10 years of experience in personal, rehab & athletic, team & mental training, as well as nutrition consultations, performance testing (endurance, strength, EMG, mobility) & yoga classes with a variety of clients including professional, semi-professional and non-athletes.  

I’ve always been an ambitious, hard-working person eager to learn and grow to become a better coach, a better friend, and a better person. 
My Clients & former Co-Workers would describe me as a hard-working, ambitious, detail-oriented woman with an extraordinay motivational talent who easily spots each client‘s strengths & weaknesses to create effective and efficient sessions and programmes. 
My friends and family would describe me as a highly empathetic, positive, humble, caring, honest, & open-minded woman who’s always there for them. I genuinely care for people and want them to feel seen, valued, respected, and empowered.
